  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you require flexible hours, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • How can I pick up the keys?

    To facilitate your arrival, access to the apartments is automated and requires no physical keys. Access is provided via an electronic panel system with an access code. On some occasions, I may be available to greet you personally, provide a welcome, and explain everything you need to know. Before your arrival, I will send you a personal access code that will be valid for all three access doors and will be active only during your stay.

  • Is there parking available at the property?

    Not directly, but parking is free on many streets around the apartments, and just 350 meters away there's a large area where you can park without any problems. Cars are often parked right outside the apartments, but this is at the traveler's own risk.

  • Are pets allowed in the accommodations?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the accommodations, primarily to maintain the facilities.
